This is what we charge you to do the legal work. We guarantee and take pride in the fact that our fees are not only reasonable, but are some of the most competitive rates in the market. Due to the volume of tickets we handle, we can afford to reduce our fees. Of course, fees will vary, depending on the case.
Our fee will be based primarily on several factors including the seriousness of the violation you have been charged with, the number of tickets that came out of a single traffic incident, the difficulty of working with the particular jurisdiction in which your ticket is pending, the circumstances surrounding your ticket(s), your past driving record, and others. For your convenience, we accept a wide range of credit cards, as well as other forms of payment.
Clients submit a wide variety of cases through this website, including everything from speeding to DWI. After you submit your ticket information through our ticket submission form, we will review your information and consider these factors. Within 24 hours, we will contact you regarding your ticket information. If we agree to represent you, we will update your file with a quote for the attorney fees we will charge to resolve the traffic matters you submitted through the website. You will be notified via email that your case has been updated. You can then log on and pay your attorney fees. Please note: Your representation does not begin until you have paid all attorney fees in full.
Also, please understand that sometimes, due to a
mistake or inexperience with the legal system, the information you submit
may not clearly reflect the seriousness of a traffic matter. On very rare
occasions, we may need to modify the attorney fee after we make contact
with the legal system and have been informed of the actual facts
surrounding your case. While we have designed this site to minimize such
confusion, we reserve the right to modify the attorney fee if, once engaged
in your case, you change your mind as to what you expect of the attorney or
more facts are revealed to show that the case is much more complex than
originally expected. Please note that the attorney fee quoted does
not include a trial but only for our work in negotiating a plea
agreement.
You will be required to pay the court costs after your ticket is
resolved or after a plea agreement has been reached. Most of the time, you
will be able to pay the costs directly through this site. Please note we
charge a 3.5% handling fee on all fines and costs paid through our
firm. Court costs are time-sensitive; if you don't pay them within an
alloted time, the court can revoke your plea agreement and may issue a
warrant for your arrest! When you get a bill for court costs, make sure you
pay them promptly to avoid such problems.
You will be required to pay any fines after your ticket is resolved or
after a plea agreement has been reached. As with court costs, most of the
time, you will be able to pay fines directly through this site. Please note
that we charge a 3.5% handling fee on all fines and costs paid through our
firm. Fines also are time-sensitive; if you don't pay them within an
alloted time, the court can revoke your plea agreement and may issue a
warrant for your arrest! When you get a bill for a fine, make sure you pay
it promptly to avoid problems.
You may be required to pay fees to an "alternative sentencing"
organization after your ticket is resolved or after a plea agreement has
been reached. Such fees will always be paid directly to the "alternative
sentencing" program, and most programs will require that you pay the fee in
full before you can take part in the program. Such fees are time-sensitive,
due to the fact that the court grants only a limited amount of time to
complete an "alternative sentencing" program; if you don't pay them within
an alloted time, you won't be able to complete their program in time to
meet the court's deadline, and the court may issue a warrant for your
arrest! Make sure you pay these fees and complete "alternative sentencing"
programs promptly to avoid problems.
